| Hello, My name is Luke Trautman. I am going to be a 6th grader at Cascade Christian Middle School. I enjoy basketball, football, drums and video games. I also enjoy working with my steer. My steer’s name is “Jack Black.” He is a crossbred. I feed him about 23 pounds of feed per day. I rinse Jack every day and do showmanship almost every day since school ended. Rinsing and drying Jack’s hair will help him grow hair so that he is fluffy and ready to show by the time fair gets here. I am writing to invite you to the 2026 Jackson County Fair Steer Auction on July 16th at 7:00pm. There is a buyer’s BBQ before the auction at 5:00pm. Thank you for supporting 4-H and FFA!
